Staff Accountant

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency with accounting software, financial analysis tools, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a larger financial role
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and vendor statements to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights into financial performance
- Manage vendor relationships and payment processing, ensuring smooth financial operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial workflows and reporting
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial reporting
- Maintain accurate, organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Take on additional finance and operational responsibilities as the company scales

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial systems
